Dear fellow Ontario Kendo Clubs,
On behalf of the Stratford Kendo Club, we cordially invite your members to attend a grading
seminar and godo keiko on Saturday, June 3. The practice will be led by David Mori Sensei,
head instructor of Forest City Kendo. This seminar/godo keiko is a great opportunity for
members located in Ontario to prepare for the upcoming summer grading events on June 11 in
Quebec and June 18 in Toronto. In addition, this opportunity will bring together the various
clubs in the region for a chance to practice with each other. Everyone is invited to attend, even
members who are not planning to grade this summer.

Location: St. Michael’s Catholic Secondary School

Stratford, ON, N5A 7W2
Itinerary: 3pm-5pm (doors open 2:30pm)
3pm-4pm – Grading Seminar
4pm-5pm – Godo keiko
If you would kindly provide us with a list of individuals and their ranks by May 29, it would
greatly help us to structure the seminar in advance and make arrangements for food afterwards.
