Kendo Ontario is pleased to announce the return of a dedicated Kendo Seminar for Women only. This is important as Kendo Ontario recognizes the challenges and seeks to promote the development of Women’s Kendo. This special practice will be led by Yuko Miyamoto Sensei (Toronto Kendo Club) and supported by Bora Choi Sensei (Jung Ko Kendo), Mami Ito Sensei (Toronto Kendo Club) and Hitomi Soso Sensei (Toronto Kendo Club) and held at the Etobicoke Olympium on Sunday June 11 from 10-12 pm. All women players (in bogu) are encouraged to attend and participate in the event. Non-bogu members are invited to come out and watch.
We ask that all participants register in advance by filling out the online registration form by Saturday June 3, 2023.
